Are you dissatisfied with a product or service provided by AstroVac? Then we would like to know about it! By doing so, you give us the opportunity to offer you a solution if possible and perhaps to improve our service in the future. You can submit your complaint by telephone, e-mail or letter. Your complaint will be dealt with immediately. You will not receive an acknowledgement of receipt.

Important

If you send your complaint by e-mail or by letter:

- State your full name and address details, including your phone number
- Give a clear and complete description of the complaint
- Attach a copy of the invoice

Did you submit your complaint in writing (by e-mail or letter) and do you feel that it was not handled correctly? Then you can appeal to the disputes committee of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk. First read the general terms and conditions.
