Complaints
At AstroVac, it is important to us that you are satisfied with our products and service. In the unlikely event that something does go wrong, we would like to ask you to report it to us immediately. We will do our utmost to solve the problem for you and/or come to a solution together.
How to file a complaint?
- Email info@astrovac.nl;
- Start your subject line with ‘complaint’;
- Always include your name, address, phone number, and (if applicable) an order number/invoice number;
- Describe the complaint as clearly as possible and, if necessary, attach pictures.
Confirmation and handling
We will confirm receipt within two working days and you will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days. Do we need more time to handle your complaint? If so, we will of course let you know, including an estimate of the time required.
